I have ordered many cards and frames of Sophie in the past; she is always very helpful, and friendly. She will come up with different designs if you are a bit stuck on what you would like; on the flip side, if you have a design in mind, Sophie is amazing at matching a design, but always making it her own. She is always there to help you if you are having trouble thinking of a personalised gift. The prices Sophie offers are more the reasonable for the commitment and guidance you get out of the service she offers, the gifts/cards I have ordered have always been ready when Sophie says they are going to be, which is always very promptly. I will carry on ordering my personalised cards and gifts from Sophie for a long time.

I've just recently ordered my first item from Sophie after somebody recommended her, she was fast at replying to messages, extremely helpful and a complete perfectionist. She sent pictures through of the frame to ensure I was happy with it and even gift wrapped it. The prices she charges for the work put in are amazing.
